Verified employer opportunities for cyber and cloud recruiters.

Each month I find employers where something has just changed that makes your specialists relevant, and I check the evidence before it reaches you.

Everyone sees the same job ads.

Every agency in your market sees the same job ads on the same day. The signal worth acting on is the change behind the hire, like a funding round or a new head of security. Finding that change and checking it holds up takes hours per account. A billing recruiter doesn't have those hours.

What you get each month

A set of employers I've found and verified for your specialty and market. Each one comes with four things.

  1. The evidence

The source for the change, with the date it happened and the date I checked it. You can open it and read it yourself.

  2. Why now

Why this change makes your kind of candidate relevant to this employer at this point, in plain terms.

  3. The account angle

How to open the conversation with this employer, and what to lead with given what's changed.

  4. Outreach copy you send

Employer-facing copy written for this account. You review it, change what you like and send it from your own inbox. I don't send anything on your behalf.

What one opportunity looks like

This is the format each opportunity arrives in. The details are illustrative and describe no real employer.

Opportunity brief

Example format

Employer

Series B cloud security company, US

What changed

Announced a Series B round. Several cloud security engineering roles opened in the weeks after.

Change dated [DD Mon YYYY] · Checked [DD Mon YYYY]

Evidence
Company press release on the round. The employer's own careers page, captured on the check date.
Why it fits your specialty
New funding and several cloud security roles opening together point to a team being built, not a seat being backfilled. That's where a specialist with a cloud security network is more useful than a job board.
Account angle
Lead with the team build, not a single vacancy. Offer a view on how to sequence the hires rather than opening with a CV.
Outreach excerpt

Hi [First name], I noticed the cloud security roles that opened after your Series B. Hiring several of those at once is a different job from filling one. I recruit cloud security engineers in [market] and can share how similar teams have sequenced those hires. Worth a short call?

Illustrative only. Real briefs name the employer and link every source.

How it works

  1. Step 1: We agree your specialty and market

One cyber or cloud specialty in one market, for example cloud security in the UK. That scope sets what I look for and what's exclusive to you.

  2. Step 2: I research and verify

I look for employers where something has changed and check each one against the source. You receive opportunities through the month as they clear the bar.

  3. Step 3: You send the outreach and run the conversations

The copy goes out from your inbox, under your name. Every conversation and every client relationship stays with you.

The evidence standard

If I can't point to the change, the employer doesn't make the list.

A dated change
Something specific happened, and I can tell you when.
A source you can check
Linked in the brief, so you can read it yourself before you reach out.
Checked by me
I verify every opportunity myself before it reaches you.
Nothing padded
I don't add weak opportunities to hit a quota. If the market is thin one month, you get fewer and the shortfall carries over.

Pricing

One engagement

$2,000per month, USD

  • One cyber or cloud specialty in one market.
  • A minimum of 6 verified opportunities a month. I aim for 8 when the market clears the evidence bar.
  • I never add weak opportunities to hit a number. If fewer than 6 qualify, the shortfall carries into next month at no extra cost. If it is still unmet, I credit it pro rata or refund it.
  • Employers I deliver are exclusive to you against competing recruitment firms in the same specialty and market, for the engagement plus 60 days.
  • Payment is upfront. No commission.

Who it's for

A good fit

  • Cyber and cloud recruitment boutiques.
  • Broader tech recruiters with a real cyber or cloud practice and a named lead for it.
  • Teams of roughly 2 to 50 people.

Not a fit

  • Generalist multi-sector agencies where cyber is incidental.
  • Firms looking for someone to send emails or book meetings for them.

Questions

Do you send emails for us?
No. I write the employer-facing copy and you send it from your own inbox. I don't contact employers or book meetings on your behalf. The relationship is yours from the first message.
Do you guarantee job orders?
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. Whether an employer gives you a job order depends on your conversations and their timing. What I stand behind is the evidence. Every opportunity has a real, dated change behind it that I've checked, which gives your outreach a reason to exist. A pitch off a job ad doesn't have one.
Which markets do you cover?
The USA, the UK and Australia. Each engagement covers one specialty in one of those markets.
How is this different from a lead list?
A lead list gives you names and leaves you to find a reason to call. I start from the reason. Each employer comes with a specific change, the source for it, why it matters to your specialty and copy you can send. You get fewer employers, and each one is on the list because of something that happened recently.
Is it exclusive?
Yes. Employers I deliver to you aren't given to any competing recruitment firm in the same specialty and market, for the length of your engagement plus 60 days.

Book a call

A short call to talk through your specialty and market and whether this fits how you work. If it doesn't fit, I'll tell you.
